The Olympic Champion over 100 meters works in close partnership with municipalities to search for our youngest athletic talent. His goal: afford disadvantaged talented kids and youngsters the opportunity to do their sports of choice. The Armin Hary Talent Promotion Foundation (AHA-F) provides assistance in such practical matters as obtaining required sports equipment and covering training and competition travel costs.

In its capacity as regional energy utility, E.ON Bayern sponsors several areas, including Bavarian youth sports. As partner to the Armin Hary Talent Promotion Foundation, the company is involved in programs for the advancement of young athletes in various Bavarian communities.
