Culture Does One Good - Art Exhibitions on the Piazza
Access permitted. This is often easier said than done. At E.ON Energie, however, instead of being shown within the protected space of a museum, exhibitions are displayed right at the workplace.
They afford artists the opportunity to showcase office rooms and furnishings in an imaginative manner. While results may vary substantially, they share the common intention of emulating the formal and physical conditions prevalent in working environments.
Therefore, they may be both touched and touching at the same time. And this applies to you, who enjoy art at the workplace, get upset once in a while, and discuss with colleagues about the meaning or meaninglessness of an installation—all for the sake of healthy debate.
