E.ON Energie repudiates charge of negligently breaking seal

E.ON Energie strongly repudiates the charge of having broken an official seal, the accusation on which the fine imposed by the EU Commission today is based. No one damaged the seal or opened the door. No documents were missing from the secured room. That an attempt was made to obstruct anti-trust investigations is therefore out of the question.
